Gisele Guenard is a bilingual Master of Education-prepared Certified Professional Life Coach. She specializes in supporting women in leadership roles. Her clients include Executives from across the nonprofit and business sectors.

With a long career in nursing, teaching and executive leadership, she is known for her specialty in supporting Positive Change. From the bedside to Senior Executive and Hospital CEO positions, to leadership roles in governance and business sectors, Gisele has a unique wealth of experience.

A published author, her CV spans over 30 years and includes a wide array of coaching successes, helping individuals, boards and staff groups through VisionarEase & associates.

Gisele has hosted Visionary Radio for Voice America Radio, and served as keynote speaker and presenter for many events. Her latest book is based on her trademarked executive coaching method, MINOR CHANGES MAJOR RESULTS ® – Coaching that works.
